In this inaugural Career Transition Retreat, we’ll use the principles of design thinking from the book Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans to guide participants through a practical, hands-on process to reframe limiting beliefs, leverage unique strengths, and build a plan for your next professional chapter.
This is a chance to connect with your Wellesley community, share ideas, and find encouragement. We've seen firsthand how powerful it is when alums come together to support each other's journeys. Join us for an inspiring and engaging day that will give you the tools and confidence to create your ideal career path. Get ready for a thought-provoking day packed with actionable tools and insights to help you make your transition with clarity and purpose
Cost includes breakfast and lunch, CliftonStrengths and SkillScan assessments, and individual follow-up career advising. Career Education has funds to assist alums with the cost of attending events.
